  1. KYC Process Guide for Partners
Official documentation for partner verification proceduresIntroduction
This comprehensive guide outlines the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for our partner branches. Partners are responsible for verifying that documents and selfies previously uploaded by customers match the original documents and the person appearing in-branch. Partners will either approve verified documents or help customers upload new, compliant documents.

    1. Appointment Management
    1.1 Scheduling Appointments
Ensure all customers schedule appointments through the official platform
Verify that the appointment details match the customer who appears in person
Check that the appointment is scheduled during your branch’s operational hours
Confirm the customer has received the appointment confirmation
    1.2 Pre-Appointment Verification
Review customer’s preliminary information and documents already uploaded to the platform
Check if face tracking verification has been completed by the customer
Prepare necessary verification equipment (camera, document scanner, etc.) in case new documents need to be captured
Ensure your verification area is private, well-lit, and has proper internet connectivity
    2. In-Person KYC Process
    2.1 Customer Identification
IMPORTANT: KYC verification must only be performed when the customer is physically present at your branch. Under no circumstances should verification be completed remotely.

Greet the customer and confirm their identity by asking for their name and appointment details
Verify that the person present matches the information provided during appointment booking
Explain the verification process and obtain their consent to proceed
    2.2 Document Verification
Request to see all original identification documents from the customer
Compare the original documents with the images previously uploaded to the platform:Check if uploaded images are clear and not blurry
Verify the documents shown in uploaded images match the original documents
Ensure all document details are legible in the uploaded images

Document types to verify:Government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, national ID)
Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months)
Additional documents as required by local regulations

    2.3 Re-Capturing Documents (If Needed)
If previously uploaded documents are blurry, incomplete, or do not match the originals, help the customer re-capture:Ensure all four corners of documents are visible
Verify text is clear and legible
Capture both sides of ID cards/licenses
Ensure proper lighting with no glare or shadows

If needed, help the customer take a new selfie holding their ID document
Upload new images to the platform immediately
Tag each document with the appropriate document type
    2.4 Biometric Verification
Verify that the customer physically present matches:The selfie previously uploaded to the platform
The photo on their ID document
The face captured during face tracking verification

If facial matching verification fails or face tracking results are inconclusive, help the customer repeat the face tracking process:Guide them through the face tracking steps (blinking, turning head slightly)
